The company

Boats for use, not for show.

SinoNavo builds boats that earn their keep: tenders, rescue craft, fishing boats, workboats and the trailers that move them.

The range spans inflatable boats from 2.3 to 8.5 meters, with custom builds from 1.6 to 9 meters; aluminum RIBs from 2.7 to 6.8 meters; fiberglass fishing and speed boats; two kayak ranges; and boat trailers from 4.8 to 9.6 meters plus a custom 3 to 12 meter series. Custom heavy-duty trailers run from 3 to 8 tonnes.

Tube fabric is available in 0.9 mm and 1.2 mm PVC, or Hypalon. Hulls are built in marine-grade aluminum or fiberglass. Tubes are CNC-cut and either machine-welded or hand-built, depending on the material and specification.

OEM and ODM work is core to the business. Logos, colors, consoles, seating, roll bars, engine packages and trailer configurations can all be specified at order.

Export runs through the same team. Boats, trailers and parts ship to more than 50 countries across North America, Europe, Oceania, the Middle East and Southeast Asia, quoted FOB or CIF depending on the destination port.

Four stages, one standard.

Every boat follows the same route through the workshop: cut, build, fit out, pack.

1

Tube fabrication

Tube fabric is cut by CNC. PVC tubes are machine-welded or hand-built; Hypalon is hand-built. Chambers, seams and reinforcement are specified per model.

2

Hull assembly

Aluminum hulls are built in marine-grade sheet with deep-V profiles and reinforced keels. Fiberglass hulls and decks are laid up and finished in-house.

3

Assembly and fit-out

Consoles, seating, roll bars, navigation lights, EVA decks and fuel systems are installed. Boats are rigged and checked as complete packages.

4

Inspection and packing

Each order is inspected before export packing. Boats, trailers and documentation are prepared for the voyage, with country-specific requirements confirmed at order.

OEM and ODM

Your hull, your specification.

Bring a drawing, a reference boat or a requirement. We work through tube specification, layout, power and trailer configuration, from the first sketch to export packing.

What we need before quoting: the model or a reference image, tube colour and logo files, console and seating layout, engine preference, destination market and quantity. If a trailer ships with the boat, tell us whether it also needs US VIN and DOT documentation.

MOQ and lead time depend on the build. Custom tube colours and private-label branding do not change the hull specification; they change the order preparation.

Tell us what the boat has to do.

Operating conditions, crew, engine preference, trailer requirements. Start with the job.
